ABOUT FOGHAT
Timeless English rock band, Foghat’s name originated from a nonsense word from a childhood Scrabble-like game played by Dave Peverett, the original lead vocalist and guitarist of the band. In 1973, Foghat made it into the mainstream with their self-titled album and its lead single, "What a Shame." Their style is that of a blues-rock vibe, adorned with an electric slide guitar. The band has achieved eight gold records, one platinum and one double platinum record. Foghat’s live performances show why the band is still around today; they’ve been attracting a massive audience, playing for sold-out crowds all over the States.
